Plano is one of the most pool-dense cities in DFW, and a lot of those pools are ready for new tile. A waterline retile takes 2 to 3 days and completely changes how the pool looks. For pools in worse shape, a full retile is the better investment — we remove all the old tile, prep the surface properly, and install new tile that will last. We follow NTCA installation standards because proper surface prep is where most tile jobs succeed or fail. If the bond beam isn't prepped right, the tile won't hold — and in this climate with the temperature swings, bad prep fails fast.

If you're retiling, it makes sense to also do new coping at the same time. The pool is already drained, and doing both gives you a fully refreshed pool in one project instead of two separate jobs.
